YUEYA COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

As the artist, I reserve all rights to decline a commission request.

All works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY; Commercial use may be discussed

Using any of my works for AI or NFTs is strictly NOT permitted.

You may not claim my art as your own

Reselling a character/outfit design is NOT permitted.

Editing a final product in any way, by self or others is NOT permitted.

For requested poses, I will not heavily reference any particular art or image.

I will decline the request if any references (pose or character) includes AI.

PERSONAL USE = stream asset, wallpaper, social media post, icon/banner (ALL w/CREDIT)

COMMERCIAL USE = directly profiting from the artwork in any way, merchandise

Payments must be made in full before I start a commission

For larger commissions, payment plans can be discussed (i.e 50% upfront, 50% after sketch)

Commercial use will have additional fees based on the commission type

No chargebacks

No refunds, UNLESS I am unable to deliver the final product

For skeb style, there are no revisions allowed

For illustrations, I am lenient on revisions before the clean sketch phase; however, please do not abuse this kindness.

After the sketch has been approved, only minor changes (2-3) will be accepted/considered

I have the right to deny making changes if there are too many requests too far into the process.

Deliverable: high quality JPG file (watermarked + unwatermarked ver), PNG if applicable/upon request

Commissioners are responsible for saving their commissioned work.

I retain all rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork(s), which includes, but is not limited to: using it in a portfolio, posting on my site, using it as future sample pieces.

There will be no communication between the initial request acceptance and the final delivery. I will discuss with the commissioner the details of the commission before starting.

I will update the commissioner with an initial sketch (this is the phase where any major changes should be requested)

Commissioners will have up to 72 hours to request adjustments or changes.

If I do not receive a response in that time, I will proceed as is.

I will send progress spontaneously once I have made any noticeable/significant progress

Commissioners are welcome to ask for updates regarding their piece (but please be mindful of the time passed before asking)
